Warm Vinyasa Flow

Flow with intention in this energising class set in a gently heated room—warm enough to support mobility and circulation, but not hot. You’ll move through creative, breath-linked, sequences designed to build strength, flexibility and focus.
Expect a steady pace, mindful transitions and opportunities to challenge yourself while honouring your body’s needs. The warmth helps muscles open safely while deepening your connection to breath and movement.
Open to all levels, though some familiarity with vinyasa is helpful. Come prepared to move, sweat lightly, and leave feeling refreshed and rebalanced.

Hot Energetic Vinyasa

Get ready to turn up the heat literally. This powerful, fast paced, class is set in a heated room designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and focus. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build heat from within, tone muscles, and push your limits—all while dripping in sweat.

Men’s Warrior Yoga

Strength. Focus. Resilience. Men’s Warrior Yoga is a class designed specifically for men, blending powerful movement, breath control, and mental clarity.
This all-levels flow combines strength-building poses, deep stretches and mobility work to support both athletic performance and everyday life. Candlelit Yin

If you’re just getting started, we recommend trying a Slow Flow or Gentle Yoga class to learn foundational poses and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace. Our instructors always offer modifications, so you’ll feel supported no matter which class you choose.

Our Slow Flow classes move at a relaxed pace with a focus on alignment, mindfulness, and breath — great for beginners or anyone wanting to unwind. Hot Vinyasa, on the other hand, is a dynamic, heat-based practice that links breath to movement in a challenging, energizing flow. Expect to sweat, build strength, and leave feeling renewed and powerful.

Yes! Our Men’s Yoga classes are designed to help men improve flexibility, balance, and strength in a supportive, judgment-free environment. These sessions focus on common areas of tightness (like hips, hamstrings, and shoulders) while building mobility and focus — no prior yoga experience required.

Teachers Bios

Hollie Mason

I teach a dynamic, strength-based Vinyasa flow that blends athletic sequencing with mindful breath. Expect a faster paced flow that includes challenging transitions, targeted strength-building, and clear alignment cues to keep you safe while pushing you to your full potential.

With my background in psychology, counselling and mental health, I’ve found my niche with teaching over the last few years. I combine physical movement with a deep dive into the mind to guarantee a complete mind, body and spirit experience with every practice.

Although my classes are of the more challenging kind, I welcome all levels, committed to helping you progress with accessible variations.

Sharon Weatherby

I’ve been teaching yoga for 16 years and practicing for over 20.  My teaching style is gentle, embodied and clear with an emphasis on guiding people towards presence and peacefulness. 

I’m dedicated to lifelong learning and currently on a pathway to becoming endorsed by the Insight Yoga Institute with Sarah and Ty Powers. I have a deep appreciation for the Eastern Wisdom Traditions, values developing mindful awareness through meditation and exploring meaningful practices to enliven the body, heart and mind.

Alicia Palin

I am Awakening vinyasa trained. My classes are all about finding form and using breath, rhythm and movement to create space inside our bodies for all parts of ourselves to fit comfortably.

Ronnie Mukherjee

I came to yoga through a lifelong love of movement and discipline, shaped by years of jiu jitsu and fitness training. My classes blend strength, focus, and playfulness — often exploring arm balances and breath-led flow.

Passionate about how yoga brings us back into the body in a world that keeps us in our heads, I teach with warmth and grounded curiosity.

I’m particularly interested in the intersection of breath, movement, and mindfulness, and travel to India regularly to deepen my studies in breath work and meditation.

I’m an all around wellness warrior, dedicated to bringing smiles to the studio. I have a flare for dynamic movement, trying and testing out movement patterns that flow together in an effortless fashion. Off the mat, I enjoy lifting weights, indulging in good food and taking midday naps!

Julie McDonnell

As a newly qualified yoga instructor, I’m passionate about guiding others to discover the balance, strength, and calm that yoga has brought into my own life. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone—no matter your background, age, or level of experience. I focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students can move mindfully, build confidence, and connect deeply with both body and breath.

Having completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, I’m inspired to share the practice as a journey of self-awareness and growth rather than perfection.
