Frequently Asked Questions
I’m new to yoga — which class should I start with?
Absolutely! We welcome all experience levels. If you’re just getting started, we recommend trying a Slow Flow or Gentle Yoga class to learn foundational poses and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace. Our instructors always offer modifications, so you’ll feel supported no matter which class you choose.
What’s the difference between your Slow Flow and Hot Vinyasa classes?
Our Slow Flow classes move at a relaxed pace with a focus on alignment, mindfulness, and breath — great for beginners or anyone wanting to unwind. Hot Vinyasa, on the other hand, is a dynamic, heat-based practice that links breath to movement in a challenging, energizing flow. Expect to sweat, build strength, and leave feeling renewed and powerful.
Do you offer classes specifically for men?
We don’t but men are very welcome to all classes as they are all mixed.Â

I teach a dynamic, strength-based Vinyasa flow that blends athletic sequencing with mindful breath. Expect a faster paced flow that includes challenging transitions, targeted strength-building, and clear alignment cues to keep you safe while pushing you to your full potential.
With my background in psychology, counselling and mental health, I’ve found my niche with teaching over the last few years. I combine physical movement with a deep dive into the mind to guarantee a complete mind, body and spirit experience with every practice.
Although my classes are of the more challenging kind, I welcome all levels, committed to helping you progress with accessible variations.
Three words to describe how you will feel when leaving my classes? Empowered, Energised, Connected.
Sharon Weatherby
I’ve been teaching yoga for 16 years and practicing for over 20. Â My teaching style is gentle, embodied and clear with an emphasis on guiding people towards presence and peacefulness.Â
I’m dedicated to lifelong learning and currently on a pathway to becoming endorsed by the Insight Yoga Institute with Sarah and Ty Powers. I have a deep appreciation for the Eastern Wisdom Traditions, values developing mindful awareness through meditation and exploring meaningful practices to enliven the body, heart and mind.
Alicia Palin
I am Awakening vinyasa trained. My classes are all about finding form and using breath, rhythm and movement to create space inside our bodies for all parts of ourselves to fit comfortably.
Join me on Wednesday at 9.30am for a restorative chill flow. Start your day with mindful movement and ease into your morning with this energising yet gentle flow. This class combines smooth, stretchy sequences with breath-focused transitions to wake up the body, release stiffness, and build energy for the day ahead. Expect a balance of mobility, strength and relaxation – leaving you feeling refreshed, open, and ready to take on whatever comes next. All levels welcome. Sophie Morris
I have been teaching yoga for nearly a decade. I fell in love not only with the physical practise, but as a way of life and living it to the fullest. As a mummy, animal lover and an outdoorsy kind of girl, when I’m not on my mat, you’ll probably catch me at the beach, up a mountain or exploring a forest!
My classes are an amalgamation of a great deal of styles, from the traditions of Ashtanga, the stillness of yin, right through to the flow of vinyasa.
With an anatomical approach, a sprinkle of fun sequencing and an ancient Hindu tale or two I hope to keep you on your toes, often quite literally until the surrender of sweet savasana takes us to relaxation.
Olivia Redman
I’m an all around wellness warrior, dedicated to bringing smiles to the studio. I have a flare for dynamic movement, trying and testing out movement patterns that flow together in an effortless fashion. Off the mat, I enjoy lifting weights, indulging in good food and taking midday naps!
Join me for energising practice which will send you out the door on a high!
Jenna Brady
I’m a Kundalini yoga teacher with a deep love for practices that help you feel clearer, calmer and more connected – breath, movement, and especially mantra meditation. Using sound and repetition to quiet the mind and shift your energy is central to what I share.
My classes are a little different. With a strong focus on breath and repetitive movement, the practice invites you beyond the thinking mind into a more embodied experience. It’s both physical and subtle, working with the body, the breath and the energy beneath it.
My approach is grounded and intuitive. I offer simple, practical tools you can carry into everyday life to feel more steady, ease stress and clear mental fog.
Outside of teaching, you’ll usually find me out in nature with my two golden retrievers, often wild swimming, or playing with sound. I love my crystal singing bowls and shamanic drum, something that deeply grounds me.
Dani Tasker
With over 500hrs training I offer a multifaceted approach to your wellbeing – with a deep Psychology & Neuroscience background, I have a love of yogic traditions, the magic of sound & all nature offers & inspires. This means you’ll get science backed experiences because I love to find the “why” behind the “how”. You’ll also get a sprinkle of “woo”, because a bit of woo is food for the soul!
I’ll guide you through monthly sound baths, offering a playful, yet grounded, approach & a space where your time is about you – where you can balance your nervous system through embodied practices, steady your breath & soften your mind into the present moment. I’ll support you on your own unique journey with opportunities to experiment & explore what works & doesn’t work for you. YOU are at the heart of what I offer.

Yoga has been a deeply meaningful part of my life, and creating this studio has been a dream I’ve carried with me for a long time. To now have a space of my own—one that I can share with others—is something I feel incredibly grateful for every single day.
I’m truly honoured to hold space for people to come and practice, to slow down, and to reconnect with themselves. My intention has always been to create an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and grounded—whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
For me, this studio is more than just a place to take a class. It’s a community. A space where people can feel comfortable, inspired, and free to show up exactly as they are.
I’m so excited to be on this journey and to welcome you into the studio. I hope it becomes a place you look forward to returning to, again and again.
